workshop meeting on the above date with Mayor Bill Connor
presiding.

WORKSHOP MEETING - 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
Ethics Review
City Attorney Marianne Landers Banks briefed the Council on state
statute and ethics regarding conflict of interest, the open
meetings law, the open records act, and other applicable statutes
such as nepotism. The Council discussed various hypothetical
situations and "ethical dilemma" case studies.
