The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met in
meeting jointly with the Georgetown Independent School
the above date with Mayor Bill Connor and School Board
Charlie Steger presiding.

SPECIAL MEETING. Mayor Bill Connor and School Board President
Charles Steger called the meeting to order at 7.04 p.m. at the
Georgetown High School Little Theater.
The meeting was turned over to Barbara Pearce. The following
topics were presented for review and consideration by the City of
Georgetown City Council and Georgetown Independent School District.
1. The history of Georgetown Mayor's Drug Task Force group.
2.
The charge
to
the Task Force group.

Guidelines
and
recommendations for the Focus.
4. Information relating to drugs, alcohol, and inhalants.
5. Proposal for action.
An anticipated activity plan was presented which outlined the work
and organization which would be formulated during the upcoming
months.
The meeting was concluded at 8.12 p.m.
