and read aloud the agenda item calling the Council into Executive
Session.

Interviewing Applicants for the Administrative
Assistant /City Secretary Position /Mayor Kennedy
Individual interviews were conducted for the three final
candidates for the City Secretary position.
Mayor Tim Kennedy recessed the Executive Session for lunch at 11 :07
a.m.
Council Member Winfred Bonner arrived at 1000 p.m., and the Mayor
reconvened the Meeting into Executive Session.
