March 15, 1988
The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas met in a Workshop Session
on the above date at 4:30 p.m. with Mayor Jim Colbert presiding. The
following members of Council and officials were present: Councilmembers
Marvin Lackey, Barbara Pearce and Mike McMaster, City Secretary, Leta F.
Willoughby, City Manager R. Bob Gaylor, City Attorney, Diane Callander,
Director of Planning and Development, Ed Barry, Director of Public Works,
Allyn Moore. Councilmembers Joan King and Luther Laubach were absent from
the meeting.

Ben Whisler of Howard Needles Tammen Bergendoff, engineers for
the MOKAN project presented some background information and
discussed the three options open regarding the MOKAN route in
Georgetown.
DISCUSSION FOLLOWED
Mayor Colbert asked the Council sub -committee of Councilmembers
Pearce and McMaster to meet regarding this item and work out
some questions before bringing it back to the City Council some
time in April, such as: specifics on the three options; what
has happened to Option C; and which one has the most problems?
Bob Gaylor, City Manager, advised that copies of the information
that was provided to the Council regarding MOKAN would be
available to anyone in the audience if they would leave their
name with the City Secretary.
