The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas met in a Public Hearing on
the above date at 7:00 p.m. with Mayor Kennedy presiding. The following
members of Council and officials were present: Councilmembers Luther Lau-
bach, Doak Fling, Mike McMaster, City Secretary, Leta F. Willoughby, City
Manager R. Bob Gaylor and Director of Development and Planning, Ed Barry.
Mayor Pro Tem Barbara Pearce and Councilmember Ercel Brashear were absent.
