The City Council of the City of Georgetown met in Special
Session on the akoedate at e ®sus t Mayor Jim
Colbert presiding. The following council members and
officials were present°< Councilmember Luther La ac
Councilmember Joan King, Councilmember Marvin E. Lackey,
Councilme ber Barbara Pearce, Councilmember Mike McMaster,
Deputy City Secretary Denise Lebowitz, and City Manager R.
Bob Gaylor.

Mayor Colbert announced that the City Council would meet lex
Executive session under Art,. 6252-17 2(g) to discuss the
following item. Atter the executive session the meeting
was again open to the public. In accordance with Art.
6252-17, a certified agenda of this executive session has
been prepared and is on file in the office of the City
ttorney,
Notee Denise Lebowitz, Deputy City Secretary was not
present forthe o sen session proceedings followi the
Executive Session items Minutes of the open session
following the Executive Session were taken by layer Jim
Colbert, and recorded as submitted to the Deputy City
Secretary,

as City Secretary for the City of Georgetown with an annual
salary of $23,000.00. Motion carried unanimously.
