Lackey, Councilme ber Barbara Pearce, Councilmember Mike McMaster, Deputy City Secretary Denise Lebowitz, and City Manager R. Bob Gaylor. Regular A.genda 870553 fiction on Texas Water Development Board _ Grant Application/ Jim Colbert Motion by La Bach and second by Lackey to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement between the City and Mrs Mills concerning his providing $10,000800 submittal for the City's planning stuffy, subject to the review of the City Attorney. A statement should e added to Article 4 of the agreement stating "In the event that the planning grant is not awarded, this agreement would be null and void." Motion carried 3 for and 2 against. Motion by Lackey and second. by Pearce that the City Council authorize Wallace, Winkler and Rice, Inc. engineering t firm to work with the City Manager and City Staff on submittal of a grant application with a total study coat of $104,000.00 qty' share In the amount of $52,000.00 with match from T D to the Texas Fater Development Board by December 1. 5, 1987.
