The City Council of the City of Georgetown met in Special
Session with the City of Round Rock City Council in the Round
Rock City Council Chambers on the above date at 5:00 P.M.
with Mayor Jim Colbert presiding. The following council
members and officials were present: Council Member Luther
Laubach, Council Member Joan King, Council Member Marvin E.
Lackey, Council Member Barbara Pearce, Council Member Mike
McMaster, City Secretary Pat Caballero, City Manager R. Bob
Gaylor, and Development and Planning Director Ed Barry.

No action taken on this matter.
870370. Workshop, MOKAN
The City Council held a MOKAN workshop with members of the
Round Rock City Council and representatives from the MOKAN
Corporation. The discussion included the need for the
completion of an environmental assessment plan and possible
funding sources for such a plan.
Time: The meeting was adjourned at 6:43 P.M.
