The City Council of the City of Georgetown met in special
Session on the above date at 7:00 P.M. with Mayor Pro -tem
Joan King presiding. The following council members and
officials were present: Council Member Luther Laubach,
Council Member Marvin E. Lackey, Council Member Mike
McMaster, City Secretary Pat Caballero, City Manager R. Bob
Gaylor, and Development and Planning Director Ed Barry.

Plan. Among those attending were: Ramsey Clinton, Richard D.

Bikelbach, William A. Morse, Martha A. Morse. Howard E.

Matthews Jr., Mrs. Glen Bishop, Ruth Wittera Sudduth, Linda
Wittera, Ruben L. Lehman, Stan Burch, Elder Ignacio Lairano,
