The City Council of the City of Georgetown met in Special
Session on the above date at 7:00 P.M. with Mayor Jim Colbert
presiding. The following council members and officials were
present: Council Member Luther Laubach, Council Member Joan
King, Council Member Marvin E. Lackey, Council Member Barbara
Pearce, Council Member Mike McMaster, City Secretary Pat
Caballero, City Manager R. Bob Gaylor, Director of Community
Services Hartley Sappington, Director of Public Works Allyn
Moore, and Development and Planning Director Ed Barry,

870261. Proposed City of Georgetown Subdivision Ordinance
The City Council held a Subdivision Ordinance Workshop among
those in attendance were: Brad Studzman, Camille Cawthon, Sue
Webb, Jackie Ellason, Emil Malinovsky, Dick Vincent, E.L.
Gentry, Jim Caskey, Donald E. Parker, Carl F. Luzius, Kenneth
W. Gilbert, John Overton, Patty Eason, Gwen Morrison, Ron
Gahagan, Dale Shanklin, Judi Ramsey, Dawana Stanton, Betty
Ness, Gerald R. Ness, Frank Smith, Jimmy Coffman, Kathy
Heideman, Bill Forne Jr. Wayne Meadows, Bob Allen. Among
those commenting before the City Council were Carl Luzius,
Jimmy Coffman, Bobby Stanton, Ercel Brashear, Jacki Ellson,
Dick Vincent, Jim Caskey, Albert Evans, Roy Headrick, Dale
Shanklin, Bruce Motheral, Joe Long, and Bill Forrest.
Time: After the public hearing the council adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
