above date at 6:00 PM with Mayor Jim Colbert
presiding. The following council members and
officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, Joan King,
Marvin E. Lackey, Lill Connor, William C. Shell,
City Secretary Pat Caballero, City Manager R.
Bob Gaylor, Director of Finance and
Administration David Quick, Director of Public
Works Allyn Moore, Community Development and
Planning Director Ed Barry, Police Chief Hugh
Anderson III, Fire Chief Les Bunte and City
Legal Counsel Randy Stump
The City Council heard City Planner Randall
Gaither give a Planning Fee Study Report
2. COUNCIL BUDGET WORKSHOP
The City Council held a fiscal year 1986/87
budget workshop.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER ART® 6252-17 SEC. 2 (E) LITIGATION AND
(G)PERSONNEL.
Mayor Colbert announced that the council would
meet
in
executive
second
session under
Art.
6252-17
carried
Section
2 (e) Litigation
vote.
and (g)
Personnel
to
discuss:
A) litigation
briefing and B)
personnel
salary
considerations.
After
the
executive
session
the
meeting
was again
open
to
the
public.
Motion
by Lackey
and
second
by Connor
adjourn.
Motion
carried
by unanimous
vote.
