The following council members and officials were present: Eb C. Girvi.n, Joan King, Marvin E. Lackey, William C. Shell, City Secretary Pat Caballero, City Manager R. Bob Gaylor, Director of Finance and Administration David Quick, Director of Public Works Allyn Moore, Community Development and Planning Director Ed Barry, Police Chief Hugh Anderson III and Fire Marshall Les Bunte. Council Member Bill Connor was absent. 6:00 PM Special Council Meeting 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION UDDER ART® 6252-17 SEC® 2 (E) LITIGATION AND (G) PERSONNEL Mayor Colbert announced that the council would meet in executive session under Art. 6252-17 hearings: Section Malinovsky, Brad 2 (e) Litigation and (g) Personnel to discuss Gahagan, the following: A) Employee hearing and Cannan, Michael & Naomi Zucker, David and Martha Voelter B) Mark compensation plan. After the executive session the meeting was again open to the public. 7:00 PM Budget and Revenue Sharing Public Hearings and Special Council Meeting. The following people were present during the public hearings: Emil Malinovsky, Brad Stuzman, Vivian Wood, Kathy Heideman, Albert Evans, Ron Gahagan, Beth Ann Jenkin, John & Deiane Cannan, Michael & Naomi Zucker, David and Martha Voelter and Mark Mitchell. 1. REVENUE SHARING BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING The City Council held a fiscal year 1986/87 revenue sharing budget public hearing. 2® CITY BUDGET PUBLIC REARING AND WORKSHOP The City Council held a fiscal year 1986/87 fiscal year budget public hearing and workshop. 3. Motion carried that by unanimous vote. of the City Council of the City of Georgetown convened "ORDINANCE N0. 8/15/86 special council meeting APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET OF THE THE ENSUING FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING® SEPTEMBER lr 1986 AND ENDING AUGUST 31, 1987, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 689-1-13 OF THE REVISED STATUES'OF TEXAS AND HOME RULE CHARTER FOR THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS.
