The City Council of the City of Georgetown met
in Special Session on the above date at 6:00 PM
with Mayor Jim Colbert presiding. The following
council members and officials were present:
Council Member Eb C. Girvin, Council Member Joan
King, Council Member Marvin E. Lackey, Council
Member William C. Shell, City Secretary Pat
Caballero, City Manager R. Bob Gaylor, Director
of Finance and Administration David Quick,
Director of Public Works Allyn Moore,
Development and Planning Director Ed Barry, and
Police Chief Hugh Anderson III. Council Member
Bill Connor was absent.

The City Council held a workshop on the proposed
1986/87 fiscal year budget.
Motion by Shell

authorize the Mayor
to sign an
agreement with
Varsity
the Georgetown Booster Club to
manage the City
owned parking lot
adjacent to
the High School

carried
by unanimous
vote.
3. Tax Exemption Ordinance - 1st Reading
Motion by Shell and second by King to
acknowledge the first reading of the following
captioned ordinance. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.

ADJOURN Motion by Lackey and second by Shell to
adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
