1. TRI -TRACT AGREEMENT - MODIFICATION OF TERMS - R. STUMP
Motion by King and second by Shell to allow the
modification of the Tri -Tract Agreement
permitting the required letters of credit be
issued from banks outside Travis or Williamson
Counties but such banks shall not be from
outside the State of Texas and that the city
attorney shall approve any such letters of
credit before they are accepted by the City of
Georgetown. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
2. RESOLUTION - ADOPTING CITY TAX ROLL - B. RANEY
Motion by Shell and second by King to adopt the
following resolution. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1986 TAY ROLL
WHEREAS,
the
city tax collector has on
October
3, 1986 submitted
OF
to the city council a
tax roll
for 1986
with
amounts of tax entered as
approved
by this council;

WHEREAS, the council has reviewed said roll and
found it to be in the City's best interest to
approve it as submitted; now therefore;
BE
IT RESOLVED
BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF
GEORGETOWN
that the tax
roll for 1986
as
submitted
to the
council by
the tax collector
with
amounts of
tax
entered
as approved by
the
council
is hereby
in all respects
approved
as
the
tax roll of the City of
Georgetown and
as
such
shall constitute
the City
of Georgetown
tax
roll
for 1986.
