District Map adopted on the 411r Day of April 2002 in accordance with the Unified. Development Code
passed and adopted on the 1111, Day of March 2€103, to rezone a 2.71 acre tract out of a 73.48 acre trac=t in
the Flores Survey froin RS, Residential Single -Family District to IN, Industrial District as recorded in
Volume 465, Page 381 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas; repealing
conflicting ordinances and resolutions, including a severability clause; and establishing; an effective
elate.
1A'hereas, Laaa application has been made to the City Council for the Purpose of changing the
Zonin ; District Classification of the following described real property ("The Property"):
2.71 acre tract out of a 73.48 acre tr=act in the Flores Survey, recorded by deed in Volume
465, Page 381 of the Official Public records of Williamson County, "I"exas, hereinafter
referred to as "The Property";
Whereas, the City Council has submitted the proposed change in the Base Ordinance to the
Planning and Zoning Commis f«r its consiclerzatiota at a public hearing rend fog its recomanendatic)n or
report; and
Whereas, notice of such hearing, was published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City;
tvhicla stated the time and place of hearing, which time was not earlier than fifteen (1)) days for the first
day of such publication; and
1�tiIhoreaas, written notice was given not less than fifteen (15) days before the date set for the
aneetinl before} the Planning and Zoning Commission to all the owners of the lots within two hundred
feet of thie proaperh', as required by lain; and
1'1' -tereas, the applicant for such zoning change placed on the property such sign(s) as required by
law for advertising the Planning and Zoning Cormnission hearing, not less than fifteen (15) days before
the date set for such hearing; and

recommended approval of the requested zoning change for the above describes] property from a ISS,
Residential Single-Fanally District to an IN, Industrial District.
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, that:

finds that the enactment of this Ordinance is not inconsistent or in conflict ar ith any ether
policies of the Georgetown 2{}30 Comprehensive Plan.
Section 2. The 134,1se Ordinance and the Coning Map of the City, as well as the Zoning District for the
Property shall be and the sarin: is hereby changed to IN, Industrial District in accordance with Exhibit A
(Field Notes) and incorporated herein by reference, as hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas.
Section , All ordinances and resolutions, or harts of ordinances and resolutions, in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereb}r repealed, and are no longer of any farce and effect.
Section 4. If any provision of this Ordinance or application thereof to any person or circumstance
shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions, or application thereof, of this
Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the
provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.
