Subject Annexation Ordinance 2008-87 item W
Sandra and Jessica,
The mayor signed ordinance 2008-87, for annexation area SEB, which was Item V V on the December 9th
Agenda. The Council did not approve that annexation. That is the area that the Mayor moved up in the
agenda to address Mr. Mahan's concerns. The Council denied the second reading.
