TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2002
The Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor MaryEllen Kersch on Tuesday, February 5, 2002,
at 4:03 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 101 E. 7th Street, located at the northeast corner of
Seventh and Main Streets, Georgetown, Texas.

Mayor Kersch appointed Councilmembers Evans and Smith to canvass the results.
Councilmembers Evans and Smith left the dais to canvass. Upon return, they declared
the results correct.

Motion by Evans, second by Smith to approve the resolution. Approved 7-0.

Appraisal District -- Tom Yantis
This item was not considered. Lee explained that the Williamson County Appraisal District
had received one nominee within the deadline.

Notice is hereby given that the Georgetown City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday,
February 5, 2002, at 4:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 101 E. 7th Street, located at the
northeast comer of Seventh and Main Streets, Georgetown, Texas.
Regular Session — Call to Order at 4:00 p.m. to convene Executive Session
(The Open Session to conduct the Canvass of the Election Results will begin no sooner than
5:00 p.m.)
