AGENDA Regular Session — Called to Order at 4:03 p.m. to convene Executive Session Executive Session • Sec.551.071 consultation with attorney: Pending Litigation - Domel v. F Consideration of appointment of a canvassing team of councilmembers to canvass the Minutes of City Council Special Meeting February 5, 2002 Page 1 of 2 Pages results of the February 2, 2002 Special Election -- Mayor Kersch Mayor Kersch appointed Councilmembers Evans and Smith to canvass the results. Councilmembers Evans and Smith left the dais to canvass. Upon return, they declared the results correct. G Consideration of approval of a resolution canvassing the votes for the February 2, 2002 Special Election and declaring the election results to be official -- Sandra Lee The results, as stated in the resolution, were as follows Mayor MaryEilen Kersch Yes 3033 No 2203 District 1 Councilmember Llorente Navarrette Yes 62 No 145 District 2 Councilmember Clark Lyda Yes 82 No 160 District 5 Councilmember Sam Pfiester Yes 403 No 414 District 6 Councilmember Charles "Noss" Burson Yes 111 No 208 Motion by Evans, second by Smith to approve the resolution. Approved 7-0. H Consideration of selecting a nominee to fill the vacant position on the Williamson County Appraisal District -- Tom Yantis This item was not considered.
