There was no action from Executive Session at this time. It was determined that the
discussion regarding the City Attorney job description would be discussed in Open
Session.
Council discussed "expectation for delivery of services" regarding the job description of the City
Attorney, and asked Banks to submit the revised job description for Council approval on the
December 12 Council Agenda.
