1. Welcome and Introduction
Mayor Nelon opened the meeting at 4:06 p.m.
2. Presentation and Training on the following:
a) State Conflict of Interest Laws
b) City Ethics Ordinance
c) Local Government Code Chapter 176 Disclosure Requirements
d) Open Meetings Act
e) Public Information Act
City Attorney Carls delivered a slide presentation and explained the above -listed topics. There were
questions and comments from the Council.
The meeting was adjourned at 05:10 PM.
