The Georgetown Arts and Culture Advisory Board met on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 4:30 PM at City
Hall, 808 Martin Luther King, Jr Street.

announced new Board Member Tim Fleming will be joining the board at the next board
meeting

David - Photos on exhibit at St. David's Hospital will now be on permanent display at
the Williamson County Courthouse.

Consideration and possible action to approve the proposed veteran exhibit program in City
Hall Gallery from October - December 2023 - Amanda Still, Arts & Culture Program

Moved by Sonya Robinson; seconded by Norma J Clark to Approve approve David
Valdez as the artist for October - December 2023.. Motion Approved: 4- 0
David Valdez recused himself during this item.
