Regular Session 1.A Call to order Call to order - David Valdez, Board Chair 4:30 pm 1.B Approval of minutes Consideration and approval of the November 15, 2022 minutes - Sharon Parker, Board Liaison Moved by Sonya Robinson; seconded by Norma J Clark to Approve for the November 15, 2022 minutes. Motion Approved: 5- 0 Voting For: Jessica Meurer Sobhani, Sonya Robinson, Norma J Clark, Karen E Turpin, David Valdez Voting Against: None 1.0 175th Mural Selection Consideration and possible action to approve the 175th Anniversary Mural Design - Amanda Still, Arts & Culture Coordinator Board discussed the 175th Anniversary Mural Design and made recommended changes for the artist. Moved by David Valdez; seconded by Norma J Clark to Approve. Motion Approved: 6- 0 Voting For: Jessica Meurer Sobhani, Sonya Robinson, Norma J Clark, Karen E Turpin, David Valdez, Stacy M Reed Voting Against: None LID Arts & Culture Grants Consideration and possible action to award 2023 Round 1 of the Arts & Culture Grants - Amanda Still, Arts & Culture Coordinator Board reviewed the submitted grant applications and made recommendations. Moved by Karen E Turpin; seconded by Sonya Robinson to Approve. Motion Approved: 5- 0 Voting For: Sonya Robinson, Norma J Clark, Karen E Turpin, David Valdez, Stacy M Reed Voting Against: None 1.E Coordinator report Presentation of Arts and Culture Coordinator Report - Amanda Still, Arts and Culture Coordinator .
