The Georgetown Arts and Culture Advisory Board met on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 4:30 PM at
City Hall, 808 Martin Luther King, Jr Street.

David made a motion to move Item 1.0 to the end of the meeting
Jessica came into meeting at 4:56 pm.
Stacey came into meeting at 5:11 pm.

Consideration and approval of the September 20, 2022 minutes - Sharon Parker, Board

1.0 City Hall Gallery
Consideration and possible action to approve the City Hall Gallery artist to exhibit
January — March 2023 - Amanda Still, Arts and Culture Coordinator
Moved by David Valdez; seconded by Rachel K Hancock to Approve artist exhibit for the
City Hal Gallery Jan - Mar 2023.
Motion Approved: 5- 0
Voting For: Norma J Clark, Karen E Turpin, Stacy M Reed, David Valdez, Rachel

LID Christmas Stroll Artist Booths
Consideration and possible action to approve the Downtown Georgetown Association's
submissions for artist booths in Grace Plaza during the Christmas Stroll - Amanda Still, Arts
and Culture Coordinator
Moved by David Valdez; seconded by Rachel K Hancock to Approve Motion to approve
Sevetlana, Julia, Delton, Guy and Natasha booth submissions for the Grace Plaza during
the Christmas Stroll.
Motion Approved: 4- 0
Voting For: Norma J Clark, Karen E Turpin, David Valdez, Rachel K Hancock
Voting Against: None
LE Grant Guidelines Update
Consideration and possible action to approve updates to the Arts and Culture Grant
Guidelines - Amanda Still, Arts and Culture Coordinator
Moved by David Valdez; seconded by Norma J Clark to Approve presented changes
from staff for the Arts and Culture Grant Guidelines. Motion Approved: 6- 0
