The Georgetown Historic and Architectural Review Commission met on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 6:00 PM at Council and Court Building, 510 W 9th Street. The City of Georgetown is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The following Members were in attendance: Present were: Linda C Burns, Karalei Nunn, Michael J Walton, Tom W Davis, Pierce P Macguire, Alton Martin, Jennifer Powell, William J Harris 1.A Meeting Minutes Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes from the September 22, 2022, regular meeting of the Historic and Architectural Review Committee - Jessica Lemanski, Planning Specialist Moved by Jennifer Powell; seconded by Alton Martin to Approve the amended minutes. Motion Approved: 7- 0 Voting For: Lawrence Romero, Linda C Burns, Karalei Nunn, Michael J Walton, Tom W Davis, Alton Martin, Jennifer Powell Voting Against: None 1.B 2022-46-COA (1811 Eubank Street) Public Hearing and possible action on a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for an addition that creates or adds to a street facing fagade and removal of historic architectural features for a property located at 1811 Eubank St. bearing the legal description Lot 7-8, Block 8, Eubank Addition (2022-46-COA) -- Maddison O'Kelley, Preservation and Redevelopment Manager Moved by Karalei Nunn; seconded by Alton Martin to Approve as presented. Motion Approved: 6- 1 Voting For: Lawrence Romero, Linda C Burns, Karalei Nunn, Michael J Walton, Alton Martin, Jennifer Powell Voting Against: Tom W Davis 1.0 Demolition Subcommittee Appointment Discussion and possible action to appoint a new member to the Historic and Architectural Review Demolition Subcommittee -- Maddison O'Kelley, Preservation and Redevelopment Manager Moved by Lawrence Romero; seconded by Alton Martin to Approve the demolition subcommittee appointment, with Jennifer Powell as a main Demolition Subcommittee Member and Linda Burns as an Alternate Member..
