A. Call to order— Susie Flatau, Board Chair
City Staff Present:
Amanda Still, Arts & Culture Coordinator
Kim Mcauliffe, Downtown Development MGR
Sharon Parker, Board Liaison
Susie Flatau Called the meeting to order at 4:28 p.m.
B. Citizens wishing to address the board — Susie Flatau, Board Chair
None present.
C. Announcements regarding Arts & Culture— Susie Flatau, Board Chair
Norma —The piece that Norma did will be dedicated at SW University in October
Karen — Mama Mia has been sold out, added more dates
David - Barrels and Amps August 24ch
Susie — full circle will be held on September 16th from 6-7 p.m.
D. Consideration and possible action to approve minutes from the June 15, 2021 Arts and Culture Board
meeting —Susie Kelly Flatau, Board Chair.
Motion by David Valdez to approve the minutes as presented, second by Norma Clark
Approved 4-0 Marissa & Jessica absent Sonva arrived after this item

E. Consideration and Possible action to award funding for the Arts and Culture 2021 Round II Grant
Program — Amanda Still, Arts & Culture Coordinator
Board and staff reviewed applications and recommendations.
Motion by David Valdez to award funding as proposed, second by Sonya Robinson . Approved
5-0 (Marissa and Jessica absent)
