1. Georgetown Industrial Park - Conceptual Plan will be presented.
2. Rezoning - Block 10, Anderson Addition - RS to RM-1
A. Location - 1103 E. 8th (Behind Southwestern University)
Area is predominately single family homes.
B. Master Plan - Sector 6
Duplexes would be an intrusion into _a single family neighborhood.
8th Street is very narrow and traffic is already a problem.
Further rental units would compound this problem.
3. Front Building Line Variance - San Gabriel Heights.
No. comment.
4. Side Easement Variance - San Gabriel Heights V.
No comment.
5. The Barbarosa & FAX01mouse:
New proposal to show one way entrance and exit onto San Gabriel Blvd.
Staff has not seen this plan and has not received a letter from the
Highway Dept. as yet. A legal opinion about the access onto San Gabriel
Blvd. is being requested from the City Attorney.
