Consideration and possible action to approve an application for a Heritage Tree Pruning Permit, for the property located at 276 Arrowhead Mound, bearing the legal description of Lot 38, Block B, Wolf Ranch West Section 4 (2021-6-HT) -- Steve McKeown, Landscape Planner Nelson asked that the Commission postpone action on the Legislative Regular Agenda items to a special called meeting on February 22 due to the weather issues. Chair Brashear commented that the February 2, 2021 minutes for Item C were not attached and asked that action be deferred until the next meeting. Chair Brashear also explained that the applicant for Item G of the Consent Agenda requested to pull the item, as they would like to make a change to the preliminary plat. This item will be moved to the Legislative Regular Agenda for discussion. Motion to approve the Consent Agenda Items D, E, and H-BD as presented by Commissioner Heintzmann. Second by Alternate Commissioner Haynie. Approved (4-0). Legislative Regular Agenda G. Consideration and possible action to approve an application for a Preliminary Plat, consisting of approximately 52.395 acres in the Barney C Low Survey, Abstract No. 385, generally located south of Westinghouse Road and Mays Street, and west of FM 1460, to be known as Horizontal Westinghouse Tract (2020-24-PP) -- Andreina Davila -Quintero, AICP, Current Planning Manager Chair Brashear explained that the applicant would like to defer action for this item for 30 days to make additional changes to the preliminary plat. Davila -Quintero explained the applicant would like to make a slight change which requires additional staff review, and request the P&Z Commission postpone action for up to 30 days for the March 16'h P&Z meeting. Motion to accept the deferral for the March 161h P&Z meeting by Alternate Commissioner Haynie. Second by Commissioner McMichael. Approved (4-0). Davila -Quintero explained that before the Commission can take action on deferring the Legislative Regular Agenda items, the Commission needs to take action to call a special meeting.
