Survery, Abstract 246, generally located at 620 CR 141 to be known as Lone Star Lettuce LLC (2020-5-SWP) -- David Munk, PE, and Lua Saluone, Utility Engineering Geoff Guerrero requested that Item I be pulled from the Consent Agenda and moved to the Legislative Regular Agenda. Motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented with the exception of Item I by Commissioner Warren. Second by Commissioner McMichael. Approved (7-0). Legislative Regular Agenda I. Consideration and possible action to approve with the conditions set forth in the item application for Construction Plans, consisting of approximately 38.098 acres in the Wm. Addison Survey, Abstract 21, generally located at South of Pinnacle Dr on Maple St to be known as Marroquin Phase 1 (2020-22-CON) -- David Munk, PE, and Lua Saluone, Utility Engineering Staff report presented by Munk. The applicant, Geoff Guerrero, requested to pull the item because he would like to request an extension of action on the application, and would like to push consideration of approval for two weeks. Consideration of approval would take place at the next P&Z meeting. Motion to defer action until the 9/15 P&Z meeting when action will be taken at the request of the applicant by Alternate Commissioner Coffman. Second by Commissioner Warren. X. Discussion Items: a. Updates and Announcements — Sofia Nelson, CNU-A, Planning Director i. There are no updates at this time b. Updates from other Board and Commission meetings i. Chair Brashear commented that the Mobility Bond Committee began their meetings last week. c. Reminder of the September 15, 2020, Planning and Zoning Commission teleconference meeting starting at 6:00pm. Motion to adjourn by Alternate Commissioner Coffman. Second by Commissioner Warren.
