Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
Minutes
Monday October 1, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
Historic Light and Waterworks Building, located at 406 W 86, Street Georgetown, TX 78626
Commissioners present: Tim Bargainer, Vice -Chair; Ercel Brashear; Gary Newman; Ben Stewart; Josh
Schroeder, Chair; Travis Perthuis, Alternate
Absent: Roger Chappell; John Marler; Kayla McCord
Staff Present: Andreina Davila, Current Planning Manager; and Karen Frost, Recording Secretary.
A. Chair Schroeder called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. No guests were present.
Consent Agenda
The Statutory Consent Agenda includes non -controversial and routine items that may be acted
upon with one single vote. An item may be pulled from the Consent Agenda in order that it be
discussed and acted upon individually as part of the Regular Agenda.
B. Consideration and possible action on a Preliminary Final Plat for the Fire Station No. 7
Subdivision, consisting of approximately 6.041 acres in the William Addison Survey, Abstract
21, generally located along E University Avenue, west of its intersection with Inner Loop (PFP-
2019-003). Andreina Davila -Quintero, AICP, Current Planning Manager
C. Consideration and possible action on a Plat Vacation for the Havins Subdivision, generally
located north of Lakeway Dr between Northwest Blvd and Airport Rd (VAC -2018-001).

Motion by Bargainer to approve the consent agenda items. Second by Brashear. Approved 6
—0.
