The City Council ret in Special Session on the
above date at 5:00 PM with Mayor Carl roering

1. DISCUSS ETHICS ORDINANCE - ERCEL ERP_SEE?.R
This council indicated that this ordinance be
reviewed by the City Attorney and placed on the
July 9; 1985 regular council meeting agenda.
2. SAN JOSE PROJECT BIDS - LEO WOOD
Motion by Connor and second by King to table
this matter until the July 9, 1985 regular
council meeting. Motion carried by unanimous
vote.
3. REQUEST TO REBID MICRO -COMPUTER - ALLYN MOORE
Motion by Connor and second by King to reject
all computer bids and authorize Allyn Moore to
make an emergency expenditure of not more than
$6,000 for a Micro -computer. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.
4. BUDGET WORKSHOP
At this time the council engaged in a budget
workshop.
5. MISC. No action taken on this matter.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION - PERSONNEL
Mayor Doering announced that the council would
meet in executive session under Art. 6252-17
Sec. 2 (g). After the executive session the
meeting was again open to the public.
7. ADJOURN Motion by Colbert and second by King to
adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
