Griffith presiding, the following aldermen and offisials were present: Alderman: J. T. Atkin, F. C. Smith, A. C. '9oodfi'n, And Kennie *Vileox--Ald. Frederisson absent on vaeation.- City Manager lee Co ?Mask, Attorney for the City '7. N. Munn: A. r. pickle, Marssskall, Y, L. Cates, Seeretary. Manager Black read his monthly report, insluding other official re - reports and the current bills amounting to $368.30. On motion of Ald. Smith, asesonded by Ald. Tilsox the reports were rese*ivea and filed and the bills ordered paid. On motion of Alderman J. T. Atkin, sesonded by Alderman Kennie Tilsox, the Telephone Rate Ordinanse was read in full end passed unanimously to the third reading. the follnwinr was the vote: Ayes, Atkin, Smith, ;9ilsox, '.'Toodfin.
