Meeting Minutes
January 11, 2018
The Animal Shelter Advisory Board met Thursday, January 11, 2017 at 6:00 pm at 110
WL Walden Dr., Georgetown, TX 78626.
Regular Session — To begin no earlier than 6:00 pm.
(This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session
for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.
The City of Georgetown is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities

Members Present: Lyle Warden DVM, Keith Fruge, Cinthia Medina (Secretary),
Susanne Paclebar, Anna Eby, Kelly Thyssen (Chairperson)
Members Absent: Micki Rundell
Staff Present: April Haughey (Animal Services Manager/Board Liaison)
Meeting called to order at 6:06 P.M. by Kelly T.
1. Consideration and approval of minutes from December 2017 — Kelly Thyssen, Board
Chair
a. All members reviewed meeting minutes
b. Anna E. motioned to approve, Keith F. seconded, passed by unanimous vote.
2. Presentation of Animal Services Statistical and Analytical Report for December 2017 —
April Haughey (Animal Services Manager/Board Liaison)
a. Traps being set in the downtown area result in an influx of cats.
b. Board Members had no issue with the report.
3. Review of current status of Animal Ordinances and SOP staff evaluation for updates —
April Haughey (Animal Services Manager/Board Liaison)
a. Kelly has been reviewing SOP binder, uncovering the need for updates.
4. Public Wishing to Address the Board
a. No person had signed up to address the Board
Anna E. made a motion to adjourn. Keith F seconded.
