Meeting convened at 2:00 PM by Gary Nelon
1. Welcome/Introductions: Patrick Taylor and Mike Dmyterko, of Coffman
Associates, introduced themselves and gave an overview of the order and process of the
meeting.
2. Review of the Master Plan Process: Taylor, of Coffman Associates, gave a
presentation on the review of the Master Plan Process. Highlights included
Environmental portion of the plan (environmental studies would be required),
karst/warbler/viero/noise model/contours, etc.
3. Phase III - Master Plan Concept: On line at www.izeorgetown.airl2ortstudy.com
4. Group Discussion: Various questions, answered by Taylor, Dmyterko, and Volk.
5. Adjournment from PAC Meeting: Adjourned at 3:12 PM
6. Open House/Public Workshop - 510 W. 9t" Street (GCAT Building)
From 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
