Meeting Minutes
October 12, 2017
The Animal Shelter Advisory Board met Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 6:00 pm at 110
WL Walden Dr., Georgetown, TX 78626.
Regular Session — To begin no earlier than 6:00 pm
(This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Se ion
for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 5 1.

Members Present: Lyle Warden DVM, Keith Fruge, Cinthia Medina (Secretary),
Susanne Paclebar (Vice Chair)
Members Absent: Micki Rundell, Kelly Thyssen (Chairperson), Anna Eby
Staff Present: Shawn Gunnin (Board Liaison)
Meeting called to order at 6:08 P.M. by Susanne P.
1. Consideration and approval of minutes from September 2017—Shawn Gunnin,
Marketing Coordinator (Shelter Representative)
a. All members reviewed meeting minutes
b. Keith F. motioned to approve minutes, Lyle W. seconded the motion, passe by
unanimous vote.
2. Presentation of Animal Services Statistical and Analytical Report for September
(End of Fiscal Year) — Shawn Gunnin, Marketing Coordinator (Shelter Representa'l
a. Keith F. brought to the board's attention that the percentage of cats vs do
returned to owner were very different with dogs having the higher percer
b. Shawn added that there were minimal outbreaks throughout the dog ken
and amidst the cats.
3. Public Wishing to Address the Board
a. No person had signed up to address the Board
Susanne P. made a motion to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 6:21 P.M.
