Chair Schroeder stated the order of the niectutg and that those who speak must turn in a speaker form to the recording secretary before the item that they tvrsh to address begins. Chair Sebroeder invited the applicant to speak. Mr. Horan, applicant reviewed over his application. Discussion between the applicant, Commission and staff regarding the appropriate zoning flood zone and building area or the property. Chair Schroeder opened the Public Hearing No one cane forward, the Public hearing was closed.
