Chair Schroeder called the rneeting to order at 6:00 p,m.
Chair Schroeder stated the order of the niectutg and that those who speak must turn in
a speaker form to the recording secretary before the item that they tvrsh to address
begins. Each Speaker is permitt(.d to address the Commission once, for each item, for a
maximum o[ three (3} nrirrutes, unless otherwise agi'c ed to before the McCtinl; beg ns.

recon mend for approval.

Chair Schroeder opened the Public Hearing. No one came forwarcl, the Public Hearing
was closed.
Motion by Commissioner Fuller to recommend to City Council approval of request to
Rerone 353.45 acres in the Stubblefield Survey near the intersection ofRockride 1_.ane

Carolyn Horner provided an overview of the Rerone request, description of project and
rccomrnend for denial.
Chair Sebroeder invited the applicant to speak. Mr. Horan, applicant reviewed over his
application.
Discussion between the applicant, Commission and staff regarding the appropriate zoning
flood zone and building area or the property.
Chair Schroeder opened the Public Hearing No one cane forward, the Public hearing
was closed.
Motion by Contriiissianei f=uller to recommend to City Council denial for a request to
Rezone 5.085 acres in the nyches Survey located at the northwest corner of SJ:. Inner
Loop and F.M. 1460 from Agriculture (AG) to focal Coriinercial (C-1). Second by
Commissioner Marler. Approved. (7-0)

will be presented to City Council September 22.. 2015.
