Mike l labarger provided an overview of the Preliminary flat request, description of
project and recommended approval.
Chair Schrooder invited the applicant to address the Comr h;sio a. The applicant stated
they wilt be glad to answer any questions,
Chair Schroeder opened the Public Hearing.
Brian Jamison; current HOA President for (Oakcrost 2 Neighborhood 5ubcicvision
stated he would like to correct or update the official record as it relates to the concerns
to the l lillwood Community. Jamison, stated Qakcrest 2 resaciences expect I iillwood
Community to be a great asset to Georgetmvii. However, the overall eonc(2n'i
resid mics have, is fhe inc easo. traffic load through the neighborhood and connectivity
to Ashwood lane. Jamison also stated the streets are too. narrow.
Chris Broom, stated lie's been a Georgetown resident far the past 27 years and a
resident on !"hwood, kane for the pa,t 22 years. Brown stated he previously lived on
Airport Road where his son was flit by a car. His family moved to the quiet cul-de-sac
on hshwood hand draeto safety concern,.;. Brownstated hes in favor of the Hilhvood
Wolf Ranch Development but the connectivity and traffic issuc's really need to be
addre $ed Brown believ(s there m'e other avenues to connect Without actual violating
an established subdivision.
Chair Schroeder closed the public hearing.
