Each speaker is permitted to address the Commission once for each ite n, fora maximum of three (3) minutes, unless otherwise agreed to before the meet ng begins. A. As of the deadline for this agenda, no persons were Signed up to Speak on items either than what was posted on the agenda. Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda includes non -controversial and routine items that the Commission may act on with one single vote. A Commissioner or any member of the public may request that any item from the: Consent Agenda be pulled in order [bat the. Commission discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda. The Planning and Zoning Commission's approval of an item on the Consent Agenda will be consistent with the staff recommendation described in the reporl., unless otherwise noted. The engineer representing the applicant stated Mr. Young is correct, there is a traffic concea-n, but is an overall concern and will need to be addressed by the City of Georgetown. Roborto Garcia, representative of the applicant gave a presentation of the project Chair Horne opened the Public Hearing. Terry Donalaer,184 Plover Pass questions the type of businesses/residents to reside in the buildings_ He is also concerned with noise iiiir' bel; AC units. I le question's the location of the permanent barrier and the look of the landscape. He also stated this proiectis not a part of Sun City, so the address should be Williams Drive, not Del Webb. Tom Kissinger, 117 MowntainCreek Pass asked is a study been done regarding the FMS arca and is also concerned with the address. Louis Smith,100 Stetson Trail is very impressed with the plans, but is concerned with the height of the buildings, allows looking into the neighborhood. Charles Baker, 208 Yellow Roso stated a four story complex is too large for the area. Concerned with the traffic situation which is not understood by oty staff and c,acourages their, to review it again. Bud Farrell, 305 Yellow Rose Trail is also concerned with additional traffic to the area along; with [tie noise He is very opposed to this project. Marshal Frie lr7can, '120 Coloto Crook also stated traffic is a concern for a facility this size and needs to be detailed for a buffer for visual and sound. The tree-, planted need to be full g;rowri to buffer the building this size. Robert Sobotik,101 Painted Baiting; IN Aso concerned with traffic and should snake entrance on Williams. Also stated a true: berm is needed for potential flooding. Adam Galindo, 109 Plover Pass questions the location of the durnpsters and is concerned with the smell. He would like to know how big. is the diaroeter of the trees to be planted. Mike Kedodeauc, 10-1 Real Poppy I r ail; is coric:crned with the increase of traffic after completion and the noise during construction to the neighborhood. Wiat is the projected conshuction phase"?
