Chair Herne called the meeting to order at 6.00 p.m.

is permitted to address the t_orm nission once for each item, for a maximum of three (.3)
minutes, unless, otherwise agreed to before the meeting begins,

Chair Horne Opened the P=ublic Hearing. No one came forward, the Public Hearing was
closed.
Mot -Ion by Commissioner Brent to recommend to City Council approval on a Rezoning
of a portion; of 0.19 acres being the Lost Addition, I3lo1 k 63 (PT), from Residential
Single-family (RS) District to Mixed l Jso — downtown (MU -DT) District, located at 1008
Rock Street, Second by Commissioner Rankin. Approved. (7-0)
G. Public Hearing; a:nd possible action on a Rezoning of a portion of 0.704 acres being City
of Georgetown, Block 2, Lots 5-7 (Pt), 8 & Abandoned Road, from Residential Single-
family (RS) District to Mixed Usf> -- Downtown (MU -DT) D strict, located at 109 West

Carla Benton provided an overview of the Final Plat request, description of project and
recommend for approval.
Chair i lorne invited the applicant to address the commissioners. The applicant was
unable to attend.
Chair Horne Opened the Public Hearing.
Tracey Clark, 206 Gunn Ranch Road stated she is concerned with the water run-off and
flooding neighboring properties.
Ronnie_Hubenthal, 204 Gunn Ranch Rd stated lie is also concerned with the waterrura-.
off and flooding and asked for the City to re-evaluate the plans.
Chair borne closed the Prtblic Hearing.
Staff stated they will review the plans and perform a field check. Staff visited with
neighbors.
Motion by Commissioner Brent to approve a Final P 11t of a Replat of Woods of
Fountainwood; Section 6, Block A, Lot I k,located at 213 Gunn Rand -i Road. Second by
Commissioner Pitts. Approved (7-o)
L. Public I-leaxing and possible action on a Final Plat of a Replat of Woods of

Survey, from fine Residential Single-family (RS) District to the Local Comfnercial (C-1)

the Residential Single-family (PS) District, located along the south; side- of Westinghouse

L. Consideration and possible action regarding suggested Unified Development Code
(U DQ amendments to include in the 20-14-2016 UDC amendment process -
Valerie Kreger: presented the suggested UDC amendments to include the 2014-:2.016
UDC ainendment process.

M. Update on the. Unified Developrrrent Codes Advisory Committee (UDC.AC) Meetings.
(Chair ilorne.) Chair Horne stated the next meeting is scheduled September 1=' at the
Georgetown Municipal Complex',tarhng at 3:00pm. Chair l-iorne encouraged the
Cornmissioners to attend.
