Chair Horne called the me el ing to order at 6:00 p.m.

G. Public '-Hearing and possible action on a Rezoning of 38,33 acres in the D. Wright Survey
from the Agriculture (AQ Ditrict to 2.13 acres of the General Commercial (C-3) District,

293 61 acres of the Presidential Single-family (RS) District, located at .3816 Williams Drive.

Staff addressed questions from Commissioners regarding the street construction and
developments in the ilgricultural zone properties.

brief history and presentation and stated they will be glad to answer questions.
Chair Horne Opened the Public Hearing. No one came forward, the Public 1 hearing was
closed.
Motion by Commissioner Puller to recommend to City c=ouncil approval for Rezone of
20:02 acres in the Williarn Roberts Survey, Abstract No. 524, from the Agriculture (AG)
District to 4.75 acres of low DE:nsity Multifamily District (MF -1), 10.22 acres of
Neighborhood Commercial District (CN), and 5.05 acres of Residential Single F'arnily
District (RS), located at 2700 Shell Road. Second by Comrriissioner Pitts. Approved. (7-0)

Lease facility, in the General Commercial (C-3) District, to be known as Mercedes Benz of
Georgetown; located at 7401 Kelley Drive. Second by Commissioner Fuller. Approved. (7-
0)
K. Public Hearing and possible action on a Rezoning of 11.363 acres in the Tsaac Donegan
Survey, from Multifamily (N F) District to Residential Single family (RS) District,: being
