Chair Home called the meeting to order at 6:OD p.m.
Chair Home stated the order of the meeting and that ttvose who speak must turn in a speaker
form to the recording s retary before the item that they wish to address begins_ Each speaker
is permitted to address the Commission once for each item, For a maximum o£ khree (3)
minutes, unless otherwise agreed to before the meetiztg begins.
A. As of the deadline for rt.a agenda, no persons were signed up to speak on items other ttvan

Conant Agenda
The Consent Agenda includes roil -controversial and routine items that the Commission may
act on with one single vote- A Commissioner o any member of the public may request that
y item from the Consent Agenda be pulled in order that the Commission discuss and act
upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda_ The Planning and Zoning Commission's
approval of an item on the Consent Agenda will be consistent with the staff recommendation
described in the report, unless otherwise noted_

Ranch at l.aks Georgetown, located on Eagle Point Drive and Crockett Gardens Road. FP -

Carla Benton provided a overview of true Final Plat request, description of project and
o nd for approval.
Commissioners commended the developer for creating such a beautiful subdivision.
Commissioners asked as staff stated due to the property being located in the ETJ and not in
the city limits, setbacks are not required.
Chair Horne invited the applicant to speak. "I'he applicant was not present

Second by Commissioner Fuller. Approved. (7-O)
H. Update on the Georgetown Transportation Advisory Board (GTAB) Meetings.
(Commissioner Rankin) Commissioner Rankin gave a presentation regarding the
Georgetown Transportation Advisory Board meeting held Friday, Marc1-i 14, 2014.
Questions o nts from Commissioners -in -Training, Kevin Pitts and Kaylah McCord
and Jaa ae Vigil about the actions and matters c sidered on this agenda.
Additional questions were asked regarding the G"£'AB meeting including heritage trees and
answered by Commissioners.
Reminder of the April 1, 2013, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
