Chair. Cochran called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
Chair Cochran stated the order of the meeting and that those who speak must tum in a speaker fonrt to
the recording secretary before the item that they wish to address begin _ Each speaker is permitted to
address the Commission once Eor east. item, far a maximum of three (3) minutes, artless otherwise
agreed to before the meeting begins -
A. As of the deadline for this agenda, no persons were signed up to speak on hems outer
than what was posted on the agenda.
ConaenY Agenda
The Consent Agenda includes non -controversial and routine items that the Commission may acf o
with o nvgle vote. A Commissioner or any member of the public may request that any item from the
Consent Agenda be pulled in order that the Commission discuss and act upon it individ ually as part of
the Regular Agenda. The Planxtittg and Zoning Commission's approval of an item on the Consent
Agenda will be consistent with the staff recommendation described art the report, unless otherwise
noted.
B_ Consideration of the Minutes of the Pebruary 4, 2014 meetingof the Planning and Zoning
Commission. Motion by Co r Brent to approve the c nt agenda including
tYte minutes from the February 4, 2014 Planning and Zoning meeting. Second by

C. Public Hearing. and possible acriou on a Final Plat of OaXland Park Subdivision, a
Replat of North Lake Estates, Section E, Tracts 1 through 5, located at East Ridgewood
Road, Greystone Lane, Timberline Road and Arrowhead Road_ FP -2013-037 (Carla

Chair Cochran opened the Public Hearing.
Bill Brady, 104 Trail Ridge Rd. wants to know where these residents will receive water.
Mr. Brady welcomes the new residents and hopes they join true neighborhood
association.
Staff stated Chisholm Trail leas provided a letter of intend to provide water to the
residents.
Chair Cochran closed true Public Hearing.
Moiion by Commissioner Massad to approve the Final Plat of Oakland Park
Subdivision, a Replat of North Lake Estates, Section E, Tracts 1 through 5. Second by
Commissioner Horne. Approved. (6-O)
D. Public Hearing and possible action on a Final Plat of a Replat of Lot 2, Block A, of a
Replat of North Lake, Section D, Lot 143, located on County Road 262 (I2usse1l Park
Aoad). FP -2013-034 (Carla Benton) StaFF report by Carla Benton.
Carla Benton provided an overview of the Rezoxtixtg request, description of project and

Chair Cochran opened the Public Hearing.
Kelly Ulmhstead, SOS San Marino Trail, is concerned with the sound barrier from the
property and the possibility of cutting down trees. He is also concerned with the
building materials being used on the property.
Staff stated they aze not aware of trees beimxg r owed, bui tate city cannot prohibit
removal of tree unless they are heritage trees. Staff stated the city is not involved with
deed restrictions for the neighborhood.
Chair Cochran closed the Public Hearing.
Motion by Commissioner Brent to approve the Final Plat of a Replat of Lot 2, Block A,
of a Replat of North Lake, Section D, Lot 143. Second by Commissioner Massad.

• Director's Report: Zucker Systems Study. Andrew Spurgin gave a brief presentation
regarding a consultant study of the Pla.,.....g Department and our business
processes by Zucker Systems.
• Economic Development Department bus tour. (Commissioner Horne)
Commissioner Home gave a brie£ presentation.
• Update on the Georgetown Transportation Advisory Board (GTAB) Meetings.
