Chair Coctrran called the meetfng to order at 6:02 p.m.
Chatr Cochran stated the order of the meetuvg and that those who speak must turn in a speaker Form to
the recardssrg secretary befor¢ theitem that they wish to address begin Eackt speaker is permit[ed to
address the Corrrxtiission once for each item, for a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless otherwise
agreed to before the meeting begins.

what was posted on the agenda.
Consent Agenda
1'he Consea�t Agenda includes n-con[roversial and r mine items that the Commission may act o
with one single vote. A Commissioner or any member of the public may request that any item £nom the
Consent Agenda be pulledin order that the Comm£ssion discuss and act upon it individually as part of
the Regular Agenda. The. Planning and Zoning Commission's approval. of an item on the Consent
Agenda will be con intent with the staff recommendation described in the report, aar.less otherwise
noted.

C_ Consideration and possible. action on a Preliminary Plat of 19_8472 aeras in the Lewis J_
Dyches and Francis A. Hudson Surveys, to be known as Vantage at Georgetown,

Motion by Commissioner Brent to approve the consent agenda including the minutes
from the January 21, 2014 Plar•�:�g and Zonutg meeting_ Second by Commissioner

D. Public Hearing and possible action to support Ciry Council adoption of the Downtown
Master Plan Update —Matt Syna[schk, Historic Planner
Matti reviewed the process and the Downtown Master Plan Update.
Motion by Commissioner Brent to recommend to Ciry Council approval of the
Downtown Master Plan Update Second by Commissioner Horne- Approved- (5-0)
E. Public Hearing and possible action on aL" oning Map Amendment of approximately
22-02 a - ut of the N. Porter Survey and the Crestview Addition, Crestview Baptist
Church =Gabriel f-ieights, Longhorn Crossing, and Williams Addition subdivisions, to
remove the Williams Drive (F.M. 2338) Special Area Plan Overlay District (SP -W M), on
the properties generally located on Williams Drive between Sharuion Lane and Power
Road, within City Council District 2, mor specifically on the properties located at 211
W Central Dr, 30'7 Shannon Ln, 504 Power Rd, 1629 Rivcry Blvd, and 1599 through 2404
Williams Dr, save and e cept 2403 Williams Dr. REZ-2013-015 (Andreina Davila-
Quintcro, Project Coordinator) Staff report by Andreina Davila-Quinta�ro provided an
overview of the Special Area Plan Overlay District and r m nd for approval.
Chair Cochran opened the Public Hearing. No one came forward, the Public Hearing
was closed.
Motion by Commissioner Brent Eor approval of the request to r move the SP-WM
overlay district Second by Commissioner Rankin. Approved. (5-O)
