Chair Pena called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m_
Chair Pena stated the order of the meeting and that those who speak must turn in a speaker
form to the recording secretary before the item tfiat they wish to address begins_ Each speaker
is permitted to address the Commission once for each item, for a maximum of three (3)
minutes, unless otherwise agreed to before the meeting begins.
1. As of the deadline for this agenda, no persons were signed up to speak on items other than
what was posted on the agenda.
Consent Agenda
The Consent Agenda includes n -c ntroversial and routine items that the Commission may
act ori with one single vote. A Commissioner or any member o£ the public may request that
any item from the Consent Agenda be pulled in order that the Commission discuss and act
upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda. The Planrzing and Zoning Commissiori s
approval of an item on the Consent Agenda will be consistent with the staff recommendation
described in the report, uxlless otherwise noted_
2. Consideration of the Minutes of the October 1, 2013, meeting of the Pla.,r,mg and Zoning
Commission_
3_ Consideration and possible action on a Preliminary Plat of 9S_57 acres in the A_H_ Porter
Survey, to be known as Cim n Hills Country Club, Phase One and Two, located on Flint
Ridge Trail and Cimarron Hills Trail West PP -2013-005 (Carla Benton)
4_ Consideration and possible action on a Preliminary Plat for Sun City Neighborhood 4S,
located on Pedernales Falls Drive in northwest Sun City. PP -2013-00'7 (Jordan Maddox)
5. Consideration and possible action on a Preliminary Plat for Sun City Neighborhood 49,

6. Consideration and possible action on a Preliminary Plat for Berry Creek, Section 5, Phase 2,
located on IGingsway Road and Tiger Woods Road, south of Chi Chi Drive_ PP -2013-010

Motion by Commissioner Massad to approve the corvsent agenda including the minutes from
the October 1, 2013 Plannirzg and Zoning meeting. Second by Comaaissioner Cochran.

�. Consideration and possible action on a Waiver to Section 6.02.010.B. for direct access and
Frontage o a public street For 48.72 a res in the G_ Fisk Survey, located s uth of the

Carla Benton provided an overview of the Species] Use Permit request, descciption of
project and recommend for approval_
Chair Pena invited the applicant to address the Commissioners. David Singleton he is the
owner and will development will be c nsistent with the Gabriel's Overlook. The
development will be about 3U lots on 50 acres_
Chair Pena opened the Public Hearing_ No one came Forward to speak, the Public hearing
s closed_
Motion by Commissioner Brent to approve the Waiver For 4892 acres in the G. Fish
Survey to allow access by privet¢ roadway. Second by Commissioner Horne_ Approved.

8. Public Hearing and possible action on a Final Plat of a Replat of Trails End Estates, Lots 1
and 2, located at 2579 Cedar Hollow Road. FP -2013-002 (Carla Benton)
Carla Benton provided an v of the Special Use Permit request, descrip Hon o£
project and recommend for approval.
Chair Pena invited the applicant to address the Com... =sinners_ The applicant was not
present_
Chair Pena opened the Public Hearing_ No one came forward to speak, the Public hearing
was closed.
Motion by Commissioner Cochran to approve the Final of a Replat of Trails. End Estates,
Lots 1 and 2. Secortid by Comnussioner Massad_ Approved. (6-0)
9_ Public Hearing and possible action on a Rezoning of 3130 acres in the William Addison
Survey, to be known as Highcrest Meadows, located off Churetvill Farms Drive. REZ-2013-
013 (Carla Benton)
