This Ls a regular scheduled meering of the Sign Subcommittee, For consideration and possible action on the Following: 1. Review and possible action ort the minutes Erom the October 24, 2013 Sign Subcommittee meeting. Motion by Mee to approve the minutes as presented. Second by Knight Approved 3 — o. 2 Public Hearing and possible action on an amended Certificate of Design Compliance for signage at City of Georgetown, Block 4Q,. Lot � (SW/PT), .0'705 acres, located at 919 S. Main Street (CDC -2013-050) Synatschkpresen ted the staff report The Applicant proposes to install new business signage on the windows and canopy, along with portable signage in front of the structure. Krtig}tt stated she likes the submitted package and thinks it is well thossght out. Mee asked iF the sandwich board would be used all the rime and the response by the applicant was that it would only be used o special occasions Mee also asked iF placing the website address on the window as part of the signage w appropriate. The discussion resulted in the decision that it was appropriate at this location. Urban opened the Public Hearing and with no speakers coming forth, closed it. Motion by Meeto approve the CDC as presented. Second by Knight Approved 3— O. 3. Discussion regarding the creation of the HARC Min r Projects. Subcorxm.irtee Synatschk explained that staff was considering the addition of paint color reviews to the Sign Subcommittee s re r ws.
