TTtis is a regular scheduled meeririg of the Sign Subcommittee, for consideration and possible action on the following: 1. Review and possible action on the irtnrtutes. from the October 14, 2013 Sign Subcommirtee meeting. Motion by Urban to approve the minutes as wrirten. Second by M¢¢. Approved 3 — o. 2. Public Hearing and possible action on a Certificate. of Design Compliance Request for signage at City of Georgetown, Block 4Q. Lot 1, 4, .33 a es, located aY 114 E. 9t^Street. (CDC -2013-048) Synatschk presented the staff report The applican[ seeks Cerf3Ficate. of Design Compliance approval for exterior signage on the primary fagade. Th¢ request includes one projecting sign above the primary entrance and one window sign. The protecting sign would replace the existing faSade sign. The Commissioners did aot have any questions For the applicant or Synatschk. TFte Public Heartiag was opened and closed witkt no speakers coming forth.
