The screen will be pard ally hidden behind the parapak wall, making the effective height of the screen approximately 6 Feet. Commissioners c need on the color samples provided. The Public Hea rung was opened by Eby but there were no speakers on this item and it was closed. Motion by Knight to approve the s ng in the off-white color sample that wan provided. Second by Mee. Public Hearing and possible action o a Certificate of Design Compliance request For infill nstruction at Glasscock Addition, Block 9, Lot 5, .165 acres, located at 201 East 9•'• Street (CDC -20l 3-049) Sy natschk presented the staff report. The applicant seeks a Certificate of Design Compliance for Infill Construction o c nt parcel located within the Downtown Overlay. The proposed project includ s a two story strucrurc with a low stone wall adjacent to the sweet and parking located at the r of the structure. Sandra Dryer, for A.K. Makiya the applicant, explained that the previous concepe that came before HARC w sidcred and that the comments w e that the in not Georgetown and should be considered a boutique irm. 'I-k.at is what they were trying tosaccomplish with this design. - W ivdcr asked about the proportion of stucco to stone. Dryer explained that tY.ree sides wuvld be stone and the back side w uld be stucco. Winder stated she would like to see a sample of the stucco that would be used.
