Chair Eby opened the meeting at 5:53 p. m. The meetirxg was delayed waiting for a quorum.
The Historic and Architectural Review Commission, appointed by the Mayor anal the City
Council, is esponsible for hearing and taking final action on applications, by issuing
CertificatesroF Design Cpmplianca based upon the Ciky Counci] adopted Downtown Design
Guidetinea and Unified Development Code.

IJavid Keller -man, Chair of the Main Street Advisory Board, stated the Board had approved

the colorful awnings and signage, the visibiliTy of the -se businesses would be increased.
Motion by Winder to approved the awnangs as presented. Second by Urban. Approved 4
