2. Public Hearing and possible action o a a.ndment to a Certificate of Design
Compliance for signage at City of Georget wn, Block 4l, L.ot 4 (pt), located at 908 S.

Syrtatschk presented the stn Ff report. The applicant seeks a rtded C'ertiAcate of
Design Compliance to include portable signage, art A -frame s gn, in their approved
si gtzage plan. 1'hc applicant was not in attendance.
Mee opened the public hearing at 4:06 p.m. and with no speakers tom rtg Forth, closed it_
Mee questioned Syrtatschk on the purpose of the A -frame signs downh�wn. The
