The applicant also seeks approval of a portable sign to be placed in front of the business during business hours. Staff recommends approval o£ all signs as proposed. Urban questioned whether the signage w s within the s e guidelines. Synatschlc responded that the signage was within the requirements? Lisa King, the applicant responded that they were intending to install chain loops to install [h¢ sign, as apposed to the current straps.
