regular scheduled meeting of the Sign Subcommittee, for consideration and possible action on
fh¢ follow�ng:

meeting.
Motion by Mee to approve the minutes as written. Second by Urban. Approw¢d 2 — O.

Synatschlc presented the staff report 9'he applicant see Ks CertiFicafe of Design
Compliance approval for exieri or signage on the primary Faced¢. The request inclu des
e projecting sign nted on the front facade of th¢ building, nd additio al signage
n the windows and door. The applicant also seeks approval of a portable sign to be
placed in front of the business during business hours. Staff recommends approval o£ all
signs as proposed.
Urban questioned whether the signage w s within the s e guidelines. Synatschlc
responded that the signage was within the requirements?
Mea asked the appGcartt about the method for hanging the hanging sign. Lisa King, the
applicant responded that they were intending to install chain loops to install [h¢ sign, as
apposed to the current straps.

but that they would remain blu¢ so th¢y would not have to obtain any further
approvals.
Urban opened the Public Hearing and as no. citizens wished to speak, closed it.

Motion by Knight to approve the CDC for signage at 109 E. T^ Street as proposed.
Second by Mee. Approved 3-O.
