Compliance based upon the Ciry Council adopted Downrown Design Guidelines. This i
regular scheduled meeting of the Sign Subcommittee, for consideration aa�d possib lc action on
the following:

Knight questioned the material of the signs. Jacob Hillaq applicant for The Hollow,
-xplained it w uld b¢ MDO/ wood or Plexiglas. Th¢ Plexiglas will fit ova.r the ¢ isring
structure of MDO. H¢ also explained that the brown paint that was chosen will match the

include n ming brackets, posts and materials. The sign c ista of Vz" MUO and
measures 6" by S'. It will replace the existing monument sign. Staff rccommen ds approval.
Commissioners qu ¢shoned the ]igh Hng of the sign. Case -y Faun d, applicant for 2¢new Med
Spa, explained the lighting will be underneath the sign and will point straight up, not into

Synatschk presente3 the staff report. The app Hcant seeks C¢rti ficate of Design Compliance

facade. The request includes o sign m nted on the east Eacing fapade of the building, and
