Animal Shelter Advisory Board Members:
Christine Albanese. Christy Hullum, Jerry Hammerlun, Lyle Warden, Max Mixson, Mary Treuter and
Pamela Jones
Animal Shelter Advisory Board meetings are held monthly unless otherwise noted.

2. Approve minutes from April meeting of the Animal Shelter Advisory Board - P Jones
3. Presentation of animal Services status including statistical and analytical report for April 2013 J Carey
4. Discussion and possible action about suspending Animal shelter advisory board meeting in June and
August if there are no pressing matters - C Albanese

The Animal Shelter Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Thursday, May 16, 2013.
Members Present:
Chris Albanese, Christy Hullum, Lyle Warden, Mary Trueter, Pam Jones and Jerry Hammerlun

Regular Meeting
1. Citizens comments
No citizens attended.
2. Approve minutes from April meeting of the Animal Shelter Advisory Board - P Jones
Motion: Mary Treuter
2nd: Lyle Warden
3. Presentation of animal services status including statistical and analytical report for April
2013 J Carey
Christy suggested offering to delivering barn cats to increase adoption. Mary discussed
plans for a campaign to warn pet guardians about heat safety for pets.
4. Discussion and possible action about suspending Animal Shelter Advisory board
meeting in June and August if there are no pressing matters - C Albanese
Motion: Suspend June and August meetings. Mary Treuter

Christine: Discussion of article about 20 dangerous dogs in GT. The paper later corrected to 4
dogs.
