The Animal Shelter Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Thursday, March 19, 2009.
Members Present:
Patty Eason, Chair, Keith Fruge, Secretary, Christy Hullum, Vice Chair, Holly Garland, and Jackie
Carey.
Members Absent:
Mike Simpson

None
Minutes
Regular Meeting
Meeting called to order at 6:08 p.m. by Patty Eason.
1. Citizens comments —none.
2. Discussion and possible action on requested input by the Board on the City's 2009/2010 budget
— Item will be readdressed at the April meeting.
3. February 2009 minutes — Keith Fruge motioned voting approval and Holly Garland second. Minutes
were approved unanimously.
4. Animal Services statistical and analytical report for the month of February, 2008 — Jackie Carey
discussed the report for February.
5. Discussion and possible action on Officer positions. — Board discussed and voted unanimously to
bring to the Mayor's attention that the board supports the goal to have an "at large" member in the position
of chair.
